My travel philosophy

Between temples and tuk-tuks: based on total immersion, seeking not only to see, but to feel and live the essence of India at every step.

Passion for destination

Mi Viaje a la India is born out of my love for India, its people and its culture. My goal with this blog is to share with you the magic of this country and accompany you to experience India from your inner side and with the heart.

You can discover India through my stories, without leaving home or if you want the full experience you can organize your trip to the country of spices. Here you will find many tips for your trip and I will guide you to live a very authentic experience.

Collaboration with social projects

I love to participate in activities with a cause with Spanish and local NGOs and social projects, fostering the inclusion of vulnerable groups and individuals at risk of social exclusion.

I firmly believe that every traveler should leave a positive footprint on the most disadvantaged communities helping like this to their development.

Respect for nature

I like sustainable travel that reduces the impact of our activity on the environment. I am respectful with the places I visit and I always encourage this type of conscious and respectful travel with my readers.

I usually collaborate with activities that promote nature conservation in India.

Respect for animals

I collaborate with FAADA and I do NOT participate in tourist activities that may cause animal abuse or endanger wildlife. I love the ethical alternatives where travelers can enjoy animals in their natural land, rescue centers or rehabilitation sanctuaries.

Responsible travelers with the destination

I respect the culture and the destinations I visit and I always encourage this kind of mentality with the travelers I come across and with my readers. I love to get involved with the communities I visit, learn about their traditions and have contact with the locals.

The tourist enjoys SEEING around him, the traveler enjoys LIVING what sorrounds him/her..

Promoting local development

I collaborate in the growth of the local economy of the area I visit, working directly with local companies and ensuring fair working conditions. I always encourage direct purchase from artisans and small business very present in all the streets of the country.

I am a big fan of the souvenir shopping through projects of that work with unpriviledge communities.
